Live Inbox me patient ko chhota reply karo ('koi baat nahi, naya time bata dete hain').
Calendar me appointment par Cancel (ya right-click "Cancel appointment") — reason kam se kam 5 akshar. Scheduled mat chhodo, warna raat 10:30 par no-show lag jaayega.
Cancel par patient (agar appointment patient se juda hai aur phone hai) ko cancel ka message apne aap jaata hai.
Khali slot: web V4 calendar koi waitlist prompt nahi dikhata — Today → Calendar → Online Bookings me waitlist se khud patient chuno. Mobile app cancel ke baad "Slot freed — Auto-promote the next waitlist patient?" poochhta hai. Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Smart Cancellation Recovery on ho to waitlist patients ko auto-WhatsApp jaata hai.
