Diagnosis: NABH HRM me har treating doctor — permanent ya locum — ka credentialing (qualification + registration verify) aur privileging (kya procedure karne allowed) hona chahiye.
Karo:
- Locum ki degree + State Dental Council registration ki copy lo aur verify karo. NABH Hub → Team → Personnel me uska record + credentials add karo.
- Uske privileges define karo (e.g. sirf extraction/RCT allowed, implant nahi) aur likhit rakho.
- Locum se core SOPs (infection control, emergency, consent) par Staff Sign-Off lo, chahe short tenure ho.
App me: Locum/visiting doctor add karne ka flow (faq:locum-doctor) hai — usme credentialing fields bharo. Uske kiye treatments/Rx unke naam se traceable rehne chahiye.
Aage se: Koi bhi doctor patient dekhne se pehle credential + privilege on-file ho. Short locum ke liye bhi mini-credentialing checklist rakho.
Edge case: Agar locum ne aisa procedure kiya jiska privilege nahi tha, aur complication hua — dohri liability. Privileges realistic aur documented rakho.
