Registers → BLS/CPR register me us staff ki certification history (backfill staff BLS certs se entries bana deta hai). Credentials hub (Certificates + Training tabs) me certificate upload + expiry badge dikhao.

renewal training book karo (BLS provider ko call) — booking confirmation ka screenshot certificate record me attach.
MATRIX BANAO
assessor aksar puchta hai 'kitne % staff BLS-trained hain' — sab clinical staff ki list vs valid-BLS status ek page par (Training tab se) — jo due hain unki batch booking ek saath.
SYSTEM FIX
Credentials → Certificates me har staff ke BLS/fire/IC training ki expiry date daalo — expiry se pehle WhatsApp reminder daily 08:00 cron se aata hai, phir kabhi surprise nahi.

BLS refresh 2 saal me; fire + infection-control training annual (HRM SOP) — teeno ki dates ek saath track karo.
