NABH me BLS, fire aur infection control training kitni baar karni hai?

HRM.5.a (CREO) — saal me minimum ek baar 4 mandatory modules: IPC + hand hygiene, fire + emergency, BLS (hands-only), NABH/QI. Certificate HR file me, compliance target ≥95%.

SOP HRM-5 ka Annual Mandatory Training programme — 4 modules, full-day:

  1. IPC + Hand Hygiene (Infection Control Nurse leti hai)
  2. Fire + Emergency (Fire Officer)
  3. BLS hands-only CPR (Code Blue Leader)
  4. NABH / Quality Improvement (Quality Manager)

Har module ka certificate staff ki HRM file me, attendance + assessment score documented (HRM.5.b). Compliance target ≥95%. Saath me HRM.4: har dentist ke liye ≥30 CDE hours/year per DCI, clinic 1 conference/year sponsor karti hai; annual training calendar (12 sessions) March me sign-off. Assessor kya karta hai: kisi bhi staff ko randomly rok ke BLS steps ya hand hygiene ke 5 moments poochta hai, phir attendance sheets + certificates + pre/post test scores file se match karta hai. Effectiveness proof (HRM.5.c): hand hygiene % aur incident reporting rate KPI ke roop me tracked.
