sterilised items ki expiry packing material + sterilisation mode ke hisaab se hoti hai (paper-plastic pouch vs cloth wrap alag) — clinic ki written guidance me shelf-life defined honi chahiye. Har pouch par batch no + date hota hai — isi se assessor ne purane pakde.
ABHI
saare expired/date-doubtful pouches cabinet se nikaalo → open karke instruments re-clean + re-pack + re-sterilise karo → naya cycle autoclave register me log karo (Smart Complete, signature ke saath). Event-integrity ke liye pouch date SE pehle wale sab check karo, sirf jo assessor ne pakde wo nahi.
STORAGE FIX
FEFO arrangement — nayi pouches peeche, purani aage; closed/dust-free cabinet; wet/torn pouch = not sterile (chahe date valid ho).
CAPA
root cause 'storage rotation/weekly check missing'; preventive: weekly sterile-storage check ko instrument-cleaning/sterilization schedule me add karo (Registers → Schedules).
ASSESSOR KO
written shelf-life policy (Procedure Manual → IPC sterilization SOP) + batch-dating system dikhao — policy exist karti hai, rotation ka gap tha, wahi CAPA me band ho raha hai.
