owner / admin login se Pharmacy → Inventory → "Supply Chain" → "Batches & Expiry" — "Within N days" wale batch ka naam, expiry aur Days Left; sab staff ke liye Inventory → "Stock" ka "Expiring Soon (90d)" card aur Expiry column. (Reports → "Smart AI" ka Expiring Soon abhi dawai ka naam nahi dikhata.) Assessor ko dikhao ki tracking system exist karta hai, drawer wali LA usme entry nahi hui thi — wahi gap CAPA me close ho raha hai.
PREVENTION
sab LA / dawai ko pharmacy stock me batch + expiry ke saath rakho taaki expiry list me aaye; ER box ki monthly restock entry me bhi expiry check hota hai.
