Samjho system kya karta hai:
- Roz 11 AM ek cron un treatments ko dekhta hai jo 24-48 ghante pehle 'done' hue — har treatment ke liye ek hi review request banti hai (dedup by treatment).
- Manual send me bhi 24 ghante ka per-patient dedup hai.
- Problem tab hoti hai jab patient ka multi-sitting/lamba course chal raha ho — har sitting ki done entry pe alag treatment ban raha ho to har visit ke baad request chali jaati hai.
Fix:
- Practice → Marketing → Reviews → config card:
- 'Min bill amount' badhao (0 = hamesha bhejo) — chhote follow-up sittings pe request nahi jayegi.
- Zyada hi complaints hain to auto review after treatment toggle off karo — phir sirf manual send hoga.
- Naraz patient ko personally sorry bolo aur uska feedback call pe hi le lo.
Edge case:
- Filhaal per-patient 'review mat bhejo' switch nahi hai — auto pura band karne ya min-amount filter se hi control hota hai. Bahut naraz patient ho to uski feedback entry note karke manual sends se usko skip karo.
Prevention:
- RCT/ortho jaise multi-sitting courses me review course COMPLETE hone par manually maango, har sitting pe nahi.
