Consultant kab lena: agar owner ke paas time nahi hai ya pehli baar me hi full DHSP karna hai. Documentation-heavy kaam ORALZY + free NABH resources se ho jata hai; consultant ka asli value mock audit + staff training drills me hai. Consultant lo to dental-specific track record dekho (100+ dental clinics guide kiye ho), generic hospital consultant nahi.
