NABH apply karne ka process step by step kya hai?

Standard kharido → SOPs/manual banao → 3 mahine implement karo → nabh.co portal pe online application + fee → scrutiny → assessor team → (optional pre-assessment; 1-3 chairs pe hota hi nahi) → final assessment → NC report → 2 CAPA cycles (90 din) → committee decision → certificate.

Full process (DHSP accreditation):

  1. Standard document lo (₹2,000 nabh.co se; Entry Level free download).
  2. Quality manual + policies + SOPs banao, staff train karo.
  3. Minimum 3 MAHINE standards live chalao — records/registers/KPI data banao.
  4. www.nabh.co pe online application — type 'Dental Facilities/Dental Clinics' + application fee. Fee bharte hi reference ID banti hai.
  5. NABH officer application scrutiny karta hai; Principal Assessor + team appoint hoti hai, document adequacy review hota hai.
  6. Pre-assessment OPTIONAL hai — aur 1-3 chair clinics ke liye hota hi NAHI, seedha final.
  7. Final assessment se pehle annual fee bharo. Assessment 1-3 chairs = 2 man-days (2 assessor × 1 din); 4-10 chairs = 2 man-days.
  8. NC (non-conformity) report portal pe aati hai — corrective action bhejo, MAXIMUM 2 review cycles, CAPA window 90 din.
  9. Accreditation Committee report + action plan dekh ke decide karti hai → certificate.

Portal mechanics: har facility ka NAYA email/login (1 login = 1 application, chain ho to har centre alag), sab documents 'HCO documents' section me upload, baat-cheet portal ke Remarks column se. Assessment kabhi Sunday ko shuru nahi hota. Entry Level me steps kam hain: registration → application + fee → final assessment (virtual for 1-4 chairs) → CAPA → certification committee.
