Registers → Spore Test register kholo — jitne purane PASS records hain wo dikhao (backfill se AERB/BLS ki tarah ye bhi aa sakte hain agar data hai). Assessor se honest bolo: 'last week missed hua, aaj fresh BI chala rahe hain'. Aaj hi BI vial chalao/incubator lagao ya vendor lab bhejo — dispatch proof rakho.
GAP COVER
spore-test register me aaj ki date se late-note entry: 'Week of <date> BI not run — missed schedule. Fresh BI run <aaj>. CAPA raised.' CAPA register me: root cause (weekly schedule reminder system me nahi tha), preventive (recurring schedule).
SYSTEM FIX
Registers header → 'Schedules' → weekly spore-test recurring schedule banao (ya 'Seed Standard Schedules' one-click se standard daily/weekly/monthly cadence aa jaati hai) — phir har week register khud pre-fill hoke pending dikhega, miss hona mushkil.

BI FAIL aa jaye to alag protocol hai — recall SOP (loads freeze + re-sterilise) — us par 'test strip FAIL' wala scenario dekho.
