refill vendor ko call (assessor ke saamne hi), expired unit par 'DO NOT USE' tag, doosri floor/area ka valid extinguisher us zone me shift karo.
LOG KARO
Registers → Fire Drill register me entry — Smart Complete me 'Extinguisher checked' chip use karke finding + action likho. Phir CAPA register me entry: NC, root cause (expiry-tracking system me extinguisher nahi tha), corrective (refill + all units audit), preventive (expiry tracking), target date, responsible person.
SYSTEM FIX
Certificates page (Cmd+K me 'Certificates' search karo — Credentials hub me Certificates + Training tabs hain) me har extinguisher ki refill/expiry date add karo — expiry se pehle WhatsApp reminder roz 08:00 IST cron se aata hai. Settings → Legal Compliance tracker me fire-safety item bhi tick rakho (fire NOC, ABC extinguishers, smoke alarms).
PREVENTION
FMS SOP ke hisaab se Safety Device Register monthly inspection — Registers → Schedules me monthly facility/safety check seed karo.
