Is mahine revenue kam lag raha hai jabki kaam pura hua — kahan se check karu?

Pehle confirm karo tum billing dekh rahe ho ya collection. Phir P&L, Open Treatments, AR Ageing aur Recycle Bin — chaar jagah check karne se asli wajah mil jati hai.

Pehle CHECK karo (diagnosis):

  1. Insights → Reports → Money → P&L Statement — From/To me pura mahina set karo. Gross vs Net dekho: discounts line badi hai to net revenue girta hai. Dhyan rahe: draft aur cancelled bills P&L me count NAHI hote — agar staff bills draft me chhod raha hai to revenue kam dikhega.
  2. Reports → Clinical → Open Treatments — done ho chuke treatments jinka bill hi nahi bana. Ye kamai hui par record nahi hui.
  3. Reports → Receivables & Payables → AR Ageing — billing hui par paisa nahi aaya. Revenue (billing) theek ho sakta hai, collection kam — dono alag cheez hain.
  4. Practice → Billing → Recycle Bin — koi bada bill bin me gaya ho to wo turant saare reports se hat jata hai. Restore karte hi wapas ginta hai.

Fix: draft bills finalize karo, unbilled done treatments ka bill banao, udhaar walon ko WhatsApp UPI pay link bhejo.

Aage se roko: roz Day End closing karo, weekly AR Ageing dekho, aur month-end se pehle Open Treatments report zaroor check karo.
