Debug order: (1) WhatsApp inbox me us message ka status dekho — failed hai to reason dikhega, (2) free-text message sirf 24-hour customer window me jata hai — patient ne recently reply nahi kiya to approved TEMPLATE hi jayega, (3) patient ka number 10-digit sahi hai? country code auto lagta hai, (4) clinic ka WA onboarding complete hai ya nahi — Settings → Integrations me status dekho. Delivery ticks (✓✓) inbox me dikhte hain.
