Line 2 ✗: "No login found in this window" = app ki main window me login karo; "The app window did not respond within 8 seconds" = window busy hai, thodi der baad "Refresh"; line ke neeche us page ka address bhi likha hota hai jo window ne padha. Line 3 ✗: "Server did not accept the login — please log in again" = dobara login; "This account is not allowed to use folder sharing" = is login se sharing nahi chalti (owner / staff ka normal login use karo); "This PC was removed from the clinic" = kisi ne is PC ko hata diya tha, wapas jodne ke liye ORALZY support. "No other PC connected yet. Open ORALZY on the other PC and turn this switch on there too." = doosre PC par app nahi chal rahi, wo doosri clinic me login hai, ya wahan switch ON nahi. "Sync engine is missing from this build." = installer ki galti, support ko batao. Shared folder default se clinic ke sab PCs par jaata hai — tick sirf tab badlo jab kuch PCs ko hi dena ho, phir "Save sharing". Files PC se PC jaati hain, server par hamesha wali copy abhi nahi hai. Ye status sirf is window me dikhta hai, web / mobile par nahi.
Shared Folders me doosra PC nahi dikh raha?
Windows app → ORALZY menu → "Shared Folders…". Upar "This PC is not connected to the other PCs yet. See below where it is stuck:" aur 4 line: "Sync engine is running" → "Login found in the app window" → "Reached the server" → "This PC is registered with the clinic" — jis line par ✗ hai wahi atka hai. Doosra PC "This clinic's PCs" me tab aata hai jab us par bhi app me usi clinic ka login ho aur "Folder sharing" ON ho.

- ORALZY menu → "Shared Folders…" kholo aur ✗ wali line dhoondo
- Login wali line ✗ ho to app window me usi clinic se login karo, phir "Refresh"
- Doosre PC par bhi app kholo, usi clinic me login karo aur "Folder sharing" ON karo
- "This clinic's PCs" me doosra PC aa jaaye to folder row me "on N other PC(s)" dekh lo
