Doctor ya purana patient list se chuna ho to registration par referral entry khud banti hai — ye Patient Care → Referrals → Patient Referrals me dikhti hai (doctor wale "Referring Doctors" tab me). "Referral Stats" sirf har "Referred By" naam ki ginti dikhata hai, revenue nahi. "Source Attribution" report (usi Patient Intelligence group me) patients ko source / referral / walk-in me ginta hai. Baad me Edit se Referred By badalne par referral entry nahi banti.

Patient kahan se aaya, ye registration ke "Referred By" me likhte hain — list se referring doctor ya purana patient chuno, ya "Google" / "Walk-in" jaisa text. Ginti Insights → Reports → All Reports → Patient Intelligence → "Referral Stats" me (khaali = "Self / Walk-in"). Mobile register me "📊 How did patient hear about us?" chips bhi hain.
