Exotel owner / admin "Connect Exotel" se jodte hain; Click-to-Call phir koi bhi clinic login chala sakta hai. Call ka kharcha clinic ke apne Exotel account par. Success par "✅ Call started — your phone rings first, then the patient." Patient number kisi patient se mile to Call Log me naam jud jaata hai. Voicemail isi page ke "📩 Voicemails" me. Mobile: VoIP → "Open VoIP Dialer" → "Click-to-Call".
Click-to-call se patient ko clinic number se call kaise kare?
Patient Connect → Calls → "VoIP" → "Click-to-Call": "Staff number (will ring first)", "Patient number (will ring second)", Label (optional) → "Place Call". Pehle staff ka phone bajta hai, phir patient ka; patient ko clinic ka Exotel virtual number dikhta hai. Call Call Log me outbound entry banati hai.
