CHECK/samjho:

• Zyaadatar auto-messages (birthday, recall, post-op, dunning) patient record ka CURRENT phone lete hain — patient edit karte hi theek.
• Par appointment banate waqt phone appointment me copy hota hai — reminder cron appointment wale phone pe bhejta hai. Number change ke pehle ki booked appointments me PURANA number hai.
• Live Inbox conversations number-wise hoti hain — purane number ki chat history alag thread me rahegi, naye number ki nayi thread banegi.

Fix:

1. Patient chart → Edit → phone update karo, save.
2. Calendar me is patient ke aane wale appointments kholo — phone purana ho to appointment edit karke naya number daalo (ya cancel karke fresh book karo, tab naya number khud copy hoga).
3. Naye number pe ek welcome/confirmation message bhej ke verify karo ki WhatsApp wahi number pe hai.

Prevention:

• Har visit pe reception number confirm kare — 'number wahi hai na?' — 2 second lagta hai, mahine bhar ke missed reminders bacha leta hai.
