Patients ko har hafte oral hygiene tips automatic WhatsApp pe kaise set kare?

Setup → Settings → 'Patient Education Campaigns' me recurring drip campaign banao — frequency (weekly/biweekly/monthly), din, patient segment aur messages ki rotation set karo. Daily 9:30 AM IST cron send-day par agla message rotation se apne aap bhej deta hai.

Patient Education Campaigns ek recurring drip system hai — oral hygiene tips, post-op videos, recall nudges automatic schedule par jate hain. Ye event-triggered auto-messages (birthday, appointment reminder) se alag hai — ye fixed calendar par repeat hota hai.

Kahan hai: Sidebar → Setup → Settings → 'Patient Education Campaigns' module card.

Campaign banana:

  1. '+ New campaign' → naam do (jaise 'Weekly Oral Hygiene Tips').
  2. Frequency chuno — Weekly (har hafte us din), Biweekly (mahine ke 1st + 3rd matching din), ya Monthly (mahine ki tay tareekh).
  3. Audience segment chuno: All patients / Active (last 90 din me visit) / Inactive (180 din se koi visit nahi) / by treatment name / by age range / by days since last visit / by allergy tag.
  4. Messages add karo — ek se zyada messages dalo to har send par rotation me agla message jata hai (patients ko baar-baar same text nahi milta). Ready-made sample messages ki library bhi hai.
  5. Active karke Save.

Uske baad: daily 9:30 AM IST cron check karta hai ki aaj send-day hai ya nahi, aur recipients ko WhatsApp bhej deta hai (idempotent — ek din me dobara nahi jata). 'Preview' se dekh sakte ho kitne recipients banenge, aur 'Run now' se turant test bhej sakte ho.

Mobile app me bhi Patient Education screen hai.

Quick steps

  1. Setup → Settings → Patient Education Campaigns kholo
  2. '+ New campaign' dabao aur naam do
  3. Frequency chuno — weekly/biweekly/monthly + din
  4. Audience segment chuno (all/active/inactive/by treatment/age/allergy)
  5. 2-3 messages add karo — har send par rotation se agla jayega
  6. Preview se recipient count check karo, phir Active karke Save
  7. Roz 9:30 AM cron send-day par apne aap bhej dega
