Staff ka bonus/incentive approve kiya tha par payslip me nahi juda?

INCENTIVE FLOW

rule/manual entry banao → entry 'pending' → aap approve karo → payroll us month ke approved incentives ko payslip ki earnings me jodta hai → judne ke baad status 'paid'.

CHECK karo:

1. Payroll → Incentives me entry ka STATUS kya hai? Pending hai to pehle approve karo.
2. Entry ka MONTH wahi hai jo payslip ka month hai? Galat month ki entry us payslip me nahi judegi.
3. Payslip KAB bani? Auto-payroll 1 tareekh ko subah 9 baje chalta hai — uske baad approve kiya to payslip me nahi aaya hoga.

FIX

incentive approve karne ke baad payroll dobara chalao (Payslips me run/re-run) — payroll idempotent hai, existing payslip UPDATE hoti hai, duplicate nahi banti; WhatsApp bhi dobara-sent flag respect karta hai.

RULES SIDE

recurring incentives (attendance %, perfect attendance bonus, OT bonus, festival) HR Masters → Incentive Rules me bante hain; 'Incentive Simulator' tab me pehle preview kar sakte ho kis staff ko kitna banega. Auto-compute ke baad bhi entries approve to aapko hi karni hain.

NOTE

ye STAFF incentives hain (payslip wale). DOCTOR ki procedure-wise commission alag system hai — Billing → Financial Controls → Doctor Commissions — wo payslip me nahi, apne Approve→Pay flow se settle hoti hai.
