Jab pehchaan pakki nahi hoti (selfie registered face se match nahi hui, ya border-line rahi aur phone ka fingerprint nahi tha, ya na face na phone) to attendance save hoti hai par owner ke review me jaati hai. Owner ko email aata hai (selfie aur "✓ Verify / ✗ Reject — right here" link ke saath) aur check-in / check-out par owner / admin ke phone par push bhi.
Har card par: selfie, staff ka naam, CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT badge, time, "Score" (saath me "mismatch above …" ya "mismatch below …" — seema face engine ke hisaab se alag hoti hai, koi fixed 0.5 nahi), aur reason line: "⚠ No face, no phone — unverified punch", "⚠ Face borderline, not verified by phone", "⚠ Phone was right, but face did not match — suspected proxy" (sabse bada buddy-punch signal) ya "⚠ Face mismatch". "Note (optional)…" me note likh sakte ho; "↻ Refresh" se list taza hoti hai. Reject ke baad us din ki hajiri Team → Attendance → Today me haath se sudharo.
False alarm kam karne ke liye: Face Recognition tab me "📸 Re-register" se staff ka face dobara register karo, aur staff mobile app me "🔐 Link this phone" se apna phone jode. Receptionist jaise doosre login par tab "This tab is for the owner / admin only." dikhata hai. Mobile app ke HR Master screen me Face Review tab nahi hai, ye web par karo.
