Kya milta hai report me: Aaj kaun present tha (live geo-selfie + location ke saath), kaun absent, kaun leave par — ek hi email me pura din ka attendance summary.
Setup (sirf admin ko dikhta hai):
- Sidebar → Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → 'Daily Attendance Report' kholo.
- Enabled checkbox on karo.
- 'Send daily at (IST)' — time chuno, default 20:00 (8 baje shaam).
- '📸 Embed check-in selfies' — selfies email me chahiye ya nahi.
- Recipient emails add karo ('➕ Add email') — owner + jo bhi chahiye. ⚠ Bina recipient ke report nahi jayega.
- 💾 Save dabao.
Handy buttons:
- 👁 Preview — bhejne se pehle aaj ka report dekh lo (selfies sirf emailed copy me dikhti hain).
- 📤 Send Now — abhi turant aaj ka report bhej do.
- Neeche stats bhi dikhte hain — ab tak kitne reports gaye, last kab gaya.
Kaise chalta hai andar se: server ka cron har 5 minute check karta hai — jaise hi aapka set time aata hai, report compile karke bhej deta hai. Ek din me ek hi baar jata hai (duplicate nahi).
Mobile parity: mobile app ke Settings me bhi Attendance Report screen hai — wahi settings phone se badal sakte ho.
