Insights → Reports → All Reports → "Operations" → "Slot Utilization Heat": hafte ke 7 din × 24 ghante ka grid, har khaane me appointments ki ginti (gehra rang = zyada busy). Cancelled appointment nahi gine jaate; default pichhle 30 din. Print / PDF / Excel.
