KPI ki monthly entry hi nahi bhari — Auto-Pilot 'KPIs baki' dikha raha, score gir raha

Har mahine har active KPI metric ki value enter karni hoti hai; missing entries score girati hain. NABH Hub → KPI me month select karke values daalo, aur monthly reminder set karo.

Diagnosis: NABH Hub Auto-Pilot 'X KPIs [month] ke liye baki' task dikhata hai kyunki KPI score = us mahine entry wale metrics ka %. Missing = score down + audit me KPI review missing.

Karo:

  1. NABH Hub → Master Lists → Quality Metrics (KPI) kholo, current month select karo, aur har active metric ki value (numerator/denominator agar calculated) daalo.
  2. Auto-Pilot task 'KPI kholo' seedha KPI tab me le jata hai — waha se bulk enter karo.
  3. Purane missed mahine agar data available hai (registers/reports se derive) to woh months bhi honestly bhar sakte ho.

App me: Reports V2 se kuch KPI values (no-show rate, sterilization, complaints) derive karke enter karna easy hota hai.

Aage se: Har mahine ke pehle hafte KPI entry ka reminder + committee review. Auto-Pilot task ko har mahine clear karo.

Edge case: Agar metric ka data hi collect nahi ho raha (koi source nahi) to pehle collection mechanism decide karo — alag scenario.
