Karo:
- Current badges reading agency ko bhejo aur pending reports maango. Agency-wise dispatch date note karo.
- NABH Hub → Daily Logs → Registers → Radiation monitor / Staff Health record me har staff ka dose reading file karo.
- Overdue quarter ka gap honestly note karo — aage se quarterly cycle fix karo.
App me: NABH Hub → Compliance Logs me radiation monitoring records rakho. Staff Health register me individual staff ke radiation exposure track hote hain.
Aage se: Quarterly reminder set karo (calendar/committee standing item). Lead apron + thyroid collar integrity check bhi saath log karo.
Edge case: Agar kisi staff ki dose limit se zyada aaye to turant investigate + medical review — yeh incident/CAPA banega.
