Ye niyam BILL par lagta hai, treatment Mark Done par nahi. Required photo chhoot jaaye to case "⚠ Submit without N photo(s)" se kaaran likh kar submit hota hai.
RGHS/TPA claim ke liye photo proof (Claim Photo Protocols)
Govt/TPA (RGHS, CGHS…) claim ke liye har procedure ka photo checklist: patient chart → ⋯ More → "Claim Photos" → "＋ New claim checklist". Camera photo par clinic + GPS + date-time stamp, aur "📄 Claim Sheet PDF" me saari photos ek PDF me. Bill par missing photo ka niyam Off / Warn / Block — Block me govt/TPA bill save nahi hota.
