patient chart → ⋯ More → Forms → "Consent Forms" me bachche ke consent, aur Docs me scan kiya guardian ke sign wala kaagaz (guardian ka ID proof "ID Proofs" me). Photo ki manzoori: patient ke ✎ Edit details ke consent points — 4.3 'Clinical photography & intra-oral imaging' aur 4.7 'Anonymised before-after photos for marketing'. Consent form ka matter app me edit nahi hota.

camera se li photos par (clinic ki setting on ho to) date / GPS stamp lagta hai — isse photo ki timing dikhti hai.
AGAR CONSENT MISSING NIKLA
defend mat karo. Correction: parent ko bula ke fresh consent (aage ke use ke liye) — pichhli photo ka gap NC me accept karo. CAPA: sab minor files ka consent audit.
