- SECTIONS: demographics ke alawa har section (clinical notes, treatments done, plan, amounts, notes column) checkbox se opt-in hai.

tumhara pichla selection localStorage me yaad rehta hai — agle patient par wahi settings lagti hain jab tak khud nahi badalte. Isliye 'aaj phir se puri history aa gayi' aksar pichhli baar ka 'All Records' selection hota hai.
Print hone par sheet ke upar ek scope pill chhapta hai — 'Case Sheet — Today — 23 Jul 2026' ya 'All Records' — taaki aaj wala print puri history samjha na jaye.
EDGE CASE
RGHS/TPA claim ke liye poora record chahiye to 'All Records' hi chuno; sirf is mahine ka chahiye to from-to dates specify karo.
