Case sheet print me clinical notes ya vitals nahi aa rahe — kahan gaye?

Do wajah hoti hain: section-picker me woh section unchecked hai, ya notes visit ke Clinical Note (case sheet) me save hi nahi hue. Dono check karo.

PEHLE CHECK karo notes save kahan hue: case sheet print ka Clinical Notes section VISIT NOTES (chief complaint, HOPI, investigation, provisional/final diagnosis, vitals BP/pulse/SpO₂) se bharta hai — jo Visit Timeline ke 'Clinical Note' block me dikhte hain. Agar tumne quick Notes (Notes tab wali chit) me likha tha, woh alag cheez hai.

FIX

  1. Visit Timeline kholo — us date ke card me '● Clinical Note' block dikh raha hai? Nahi to notes visit note me the hi nahi — ⋯ menu se Edit karke CC/HOPI/diagnosis bhar do.
  2. Print Case Sheet ke section-picker me Clinical Notes wala checkbox ON hai? Pichla selection yaad rehta hai — kisi ne off kiya hoga.
  3. Date range bhi dekho — 'Today' chuna hai aur notes kal ke hain to filter ho jayenge.

EDGE CASE

bilkul khali visit note (na CC, na diagnosis, na vitals) print me skip ho jata hai — ye intentional hai taaki khali dabbe na chhapein.

  1. Visit Timeline me us date ka Clinical Note block check karo
  2. Khali ho to ⋯ → Edit se CC/HOPI/diagnosis/vitals bharo
  3. Print dialog me Clinical Notes section ka checkbox ON karo
  4. Date range sahi chuno jisme woh visit aata ho
  5. Dobara print karke verify karo
