(1) UPI link (upi://pay) — Billing → Bills me bill row ka "Pay Link" ise copy karta hai, aur clinic ke apne WhatsApp number se bill bhejne par message me "Pay ₹X now (1-tap)" line apne aap judti hai; paisa seedha clinic ke UPI ID par aata hai, aur darj haath se karna hota hai. (2) Gateway link (Razorpay / Cashfree — card, netbanking bhi) — Setup → Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways set ho to.

UPI ID
owner/admin Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "UPI ID (for QR code on invoice)". ORALZY ke shared WhatsApp number se bill ka PDF jaata hai — usme UPI pay line nahi hoti. Link me bill ka bacha (payable) amount hota hai; kuch baaki na ho to "Nothing due on this bill". UPI se paisa aane par bank SMS dekh kar chart → "Collect payment" me UTR ke saath darj karo. Gateway link: web chart "New bill" → "Send WhatsApp pay link for the unpaid balance" (is bill-link ka paisa app me apne aap darj nahi hota — gateway me dekh kar "Collect payment" se darj karo), ya mobile Billing Hub → "Payments" → "Generate Link" (paisa patient ke khate me advance ban kar aata hai). EMI ke liye UPI Autopay alag feature hai (Billing → Bills → EMI & Autopay → UPI Autopay).
