Company list me na ho to pehle 'Insurance Companies' tab → '+ Add Company' me jodo. Claim form me documents / X-ray lagane ka option nahi hai aur app claim ka PDF / claim-sheet nahi banata — documents TPA ko alag se bhejo. TPA ko pre-auth email bhejna ho to Claims row → '🤖 AI Generate' → '✓ Mark Approved' → '📤 Submit to TPA'. RGHS / TPA claim photos (Claim Photo Protocols) patient chart me hote hain, is form me nahi. Ye 'Govt Schemes & Insurance' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya 'Feature not available on your plan' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain.
Insurance / TPA claim kaise file kare?
Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Insurance → '+ New Claim': 'Patient *' chuno, 'Insurance Company' chuno (zaroori — bina iske 'Failed' aata hai), Policy Number, 'Pre-Auth Amount ₹', 'Claim Amount ₹', Notes bharo (ya '🪄 AI Auto-Fill from Latest Bill') → 'Create Claim'. Claim 'draft' me banta hai; phir Claims tab me 'Submit' → 'Under Review' → 'Settle' / 'Deny' se status aage badhao.
