Purana bakaya reception counter par kaise clear kare?

Patient chart ke upar "🧹 Purana bakaya" tile (web) ya Ageing & Credit row ka "🧹 Set-off ₹X" dabao → wajah chuno → "Hatao ₹X" → PIN. Sirf purane software (cutoff se pehle) ke bill hatte hain; ORALZY me bane naye bill par ye kaam nahi karta — unke liye 💰 Receive → Write-off.

Jab owner ne Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "🛡️ Migration guard" me "Chase dues only from" (cutoff date) set kiya ho, us date se pehle ke bill "purana bakaya" maane jaate hain aur patient chart ki upar wali strip me "🧹 Old dues ₹X" tile aata hai (Hinglish screen: "Purana bakaya"; hover par "From old software — click to set off"). Click → dialog "Clear old dues?" (Hinglish: "Purana bakaya hatayein?"): wajah chuno (Balance from old software — payment was never recorded / Patient had already paid / Bill was made wrongly / Doctor waived it), chaho to note, phir "Clear ₹X" (Hinglish: "Hatao ₹X"). Owner ne Action Guard me "Set off an inherited (pre-migration) due" par PIN lagaya ho to PIN maangta hai — ye write-off wale PIN se alag hai. Wahi kaam Billing → Pending Payments ke Dues & Credit table me Actions → "🧹 Set-off ₹X" se — dono jagah ek hi dialog. Server sirf cutoff se pehle wale bill chhoo sakta hai aur har bill par likhne se theek pehle dobara jaanchta hai — ORALZY me bana asli bill is raste se kabhi nahi hatta (uske liye 💰 Receive → Write-off). Aaj ka Day End close ho chuka ho to "Open the cash day first — open today in Day-end." aata hai — Billing → Day End me din reopen karo. Mobile: sirf Pending Payments ki row se; chart ka tile web par.

Quick steps

  1. Owner: Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "Chase dues only from" set kare
  2. Patient chart → upar strip "🧹 Old dues" tile par click
  3. Wajah chuno, note (optional)
  4. "Clear ₹X" dabao → PIN maange to do
  5. Naya ORALZY bill hai to 💰 Receive → Write-off
