Pehle Collect sirf tab khulta tha jab kuch baaki ho, isliye UPI QR bhi tabhi milta tha. Ab sidebar par "✓ All clear" ke saath bhi "Collect" button hai ("View ledger" ke bagal me); upar ka "Bill / Collect" bhi wahi drawer kholta hai. Drawer ka header "Nothing due · you can take an advance · <naam>" (Hinglish screen: "Koi baaki nahi · advance le sakte hain") aur box ka label "How much is paid today?" (note: "advance — no bill due, it stays on the account"). Amount likho, Payment mode me UPI chuno — usi amount ka QR turant ("Patient scans this QR", neeche clinic ki UPI ID). UPI chuna par amount 0 ho to hint: "The UPI QR appears here as soon as you enter an amount — enter the advance in \"How much is paid today\" above". Paisa aane ka SMS dekh kar "₹X received — record it" dabao — QR sirf maangta hai, darj aap karte ho (Paytm pilot alag hai). Ye paisa khate me advance rehta hai; bill banne par "Apply to bill" se lagega. QR ke liye Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → UPI ID bhara hona zaroori hai, warna "The clinic's UPI ID is not set — cannot make a QR". Mobile: patient ki Due tile clear hone par bhi tap hoti hai, wahi sheet khulti hai.
Baaki nahi phir bhi UPI QR chahiye — advance ka QR?
Sidebar me "✓ All clear" ke saath bhi "Collect" button hai (ya upar "Bill / Collect") — drawer "Collect payment" me "How much is paid today?" me advance likho, Payment mode UPI chuno, usi amount ka QR wahin banta hai. Paisa khate me advance rehta hai; bill banne par sidebar ka "Apply to bill" dabao tab bill par lagta hai.
