EMI/installment plans 'Payment Schedules' me bante hain: Sidebar → Practice → Billing → Payment Schedules card → 'Schedules' tab.
Form me 'Plan Type' radio hai:
- Fixed Total (EMI): ₹X total ko N kiston me todo — aakhri kist ke baad plan complete.
- Recurring (Subscription): har cycle ₹X (membership/retainer type charges ke liye).
EMI banane ke do raste:
- Bill se 1-click convert: patient chuno → uske outstanding bills apne aap load hote hain → bill pick karo — total, treatment naam, bill link sab auto-fill (bill ka balance hi total banta hai).
- Manual entry: jab abhi bill hi nahi bana (e.g. full-mouth implant jo aage hoga) — patient, treatment naam, total khud bharo.
Fir down payment, kitni installments, frequency (monthly etc.), start date do — per-installment ₹ auto-calculate hota hai. List me har plan ki progress (kitni paid / total) dikhti hai; cancel bhi wahi se hota hai. Kist aane par usko paid mark/collect karte jao — bill ka balance uske hisaab se ghata hai.
Extra:
- Har schedule row par 'Set up ⚡' se UPI Autopay mandate laga sakte ho (Razorpay keys chahiye — dekho UPI Autopay entry).
- 'AI Cash-Flow Recovery' card overdue bills ke liye AI se EMI offer suggest karta hai jo patient ko bhej sakte ho.
- Web par ek purana 'EMI Plans' view bhi hai; naya kaam Payment Schedules se hi karo — dono ek hi list me merge dikhte hain.
Mobile app: Practice → Billing me 'EMI Plans' tile (installment plans) aur 'UPI Autopay' tile — same flows phone par bhi hain.
