Patient ke UPI se har mahine EMI apne aap kat sakta hai kya — UPI Autopay kaise set kare?

Haan — Sidebar → Practice → Billing → Payment Schedules → 'UPI Autopay' tab. New Mandate banao, patient ko authorization link WhatsApp karo; patient apne UPI app me ek baar approve karta hai, uske baad har cycle bina yaad dilaye auto-debit hota hai. Iske liye Settings → Payment Gateways me clinic ke apne Razorpay keys chahiye.

UPI Autopay = ek baar patient mandate authorize kare, fir har cycle (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) paisa apne aap kate — EMI collection ke liye best. Ye Razorpay Subscriptions par chalta hai, aur hamesha CLINIC ke apne Razorpay account se — paisa seedha aapke merchant account me aata hai.

Setup:

  1. Pehle Settings → Payment Gateways me Razorpay Key ID + Secret daalo (admin-only). Keys nahi hain to Autopay page banner dikhata hai aur mandate nahi banta.
  2. Sidebar → Practice → Billing → Payment Schedules → 'UPI Autopay' tab → 'New Mandate' — patient, amount per cycle, cycle type chuno. System Razorpay par customer+plan+subscription banata hai aur ek short authorization URL deta hai.
  3. Row par 'Send auth link' — WhatsApp message draft ho kar khulta hai (link + samjhane wala text). Patient link khol kar apne UPI app me mandate approve karta hai — bas, ab har cycle auto-debit.

Statuses: Pending auth → Active → Paused/Cancelled/Completed/Failed. Cancel karne par app tabhi 'cancelled' dikhata hai jab Razorpay confirm kar de — warna gateway katta rehta aur app kuch aur bolta.

EMI/Recurring schedule se bhi: Schedules tab me kisi bhi row par 'Set up ⚡' — pehli kist ka payment link mandate capture karta hai, baaki cycles auto.

Fark samajh lo: 'Pay Link' (bill par 1-tap upi:// link) sirf ek baar ka payment hai jo patient khud karta hai; Autopay recurring mandate hai. Dashboard par active mandates ka estimated monthly auto-collection bhi dikhta hai.

Mobile app: Practice → Billing → 'UPI Autopay' tile — mandates phone se bhi manage hote hain.

Quick steps

  1. Settings → Payment Gateways me Razorpay keys daalo (ek baar)
  2. Practice → Billing → Payment Schedules → UPI Autopay kholo
  3. 'New Mandate' — patient, amount/cycle, frequency bharo
  4. 'Send auth link' se patient ko WhatsApp karo
  5. Patient UPI app me ek baar approve kare
  6. Status 'Active' hote hi har cycle auto-debit
