Patient bola payment receipt nahi mili — dubara receipt kaise nikalu?
Patient chart → Sections → "Visits" → us din ka card → "● Payments Received" → payment row par "🖨 Receipt" — wahi receipt clinic ke receipt template par dobara print hoti hai. Mobile: patient → "Bills" tab → payment card → "Receipt" (PDF banta hai aur phone ka share menu khulta hai — WhatsApp par bhi bhej sakte ho).

CHECK karo: payment row dikhti hai? Na mile to entry hui hi nahi — pehle "Collect payment" se darj karo.
FIX
"🖨 Receipt" se print — receipt me receipt number, mode, UTR, kis bill ke against, aur patient ka bacha kul balance hota hai; default 2 copy (patient + clinic) ek page par.
Refund wali row ki receipt print nahi hoti.
Web par receipt ka WhatsApp button nahi hai — print karke do, ya ⋯ (More actions) → Send via WhatsApp → "Payment Received" se payment milne ka message bhejo; bill ka PDF ⋯ → "WhatsApp patient" → "🧾 Latest bill" se jaata hai.
Mobile ke "Receipt" se PDF banta hai aur phone ka share menu khulta hai — wahan WhatsApp chun sakte ho (aapke phone ke WhatsApp se jaata hai).
Kai payments ka poora hisaab chahiye to sidebar "Ledger" → "🖨 Print Statement".
PREVENTION
"Collect payment" ke baad receipt ka print apne aap khulta hai — usi waqt patient ko de do.
