WAJAH
WhatsApp 1-tap pay link ek upi:// deep link hota hai jo clinic ki UPI ID pe exact due amount ke saath khulta hai. UPI ID set hi nahi hai to link ban hi nahi sakta — isliye error aata hai.
FIX
- Settings → Clinic Settings me UPI section me clinic ki UPI ID daalo (jis account me paisa chahiye — clinic ka current account behtar hai, personal nahi).
- Ab bill se pay-link banao — link me due amount, clinic ka naam aur ek transaction reference (txnRef) hota hai; patient tap karte hi UPI app me sahi amount pre-filled milta hai.
DHYAN RAKHO
- Ye DIRECT UPI hai — paisa aane par app ko khabar nahi hoti, payment entry manually karni hoti hai (bank me credit + UTR dekh kar).
- Auto-record chahiye to gateway lagao — Settings → Payment Gateways me Cashfree/Razorpay keys daalo; gateway link ka payment webhook se khud record hota hai. Gateway charges lagte hain, direct UPI free hai — dono ka use-case alag hai.
PREVENTION
Setup ke waqt hi UPI ID + gateway dono configure kar lo — Setup checklist me bhi ye aata hai.
