Practice Summary ka total revenue bahut bada dikh raha — ye kis period ka hai?

Insights → Reports → Daily Snapshot → Practice Summary me teen alag revenue numbers hote hain:

• Total revenue — clinic ke PURE data ka total (lifetime, jabse system me data hai)
• Month revenue — is calendar month ka (1 tarikh se aaj tak)
• Year revenue — is calendar year ka (1 January se)

Common confusion: 'total' ko month samajh lena aur phir kisi doosre report se milane par ghabra jana. Ya migration ke baad — BestoSys/Excel se purana data import kiya to lifetime total me wo sab bhi ginta hai, isliye number achanak bada ho jata hai.

Dhyan dene wali baatein:

• Month revenue calendar month hai — 'pichhle 30 din' nahi. 2 tarikh ko dekha to sirf 2 din ka dikhega.
• Year revenue calendar year hai — financial year (Apr–Mar) NahI. FY ka hisaab chahiye to P&L me From/To = 1 April se 31 March set karo.
• Ye summary billing-based hai (bills ka total), collection nahi.

Jab bhi kisi ko number batao — period ke saath batao ('is mahine ka', 'FY ka') — half confusion wahi khatam.
