Registration par fee ka box sirf General (ya Settings me ticked) scheme aur fee-ON rate plan wale patient ke liye aata hai. Validity ke andar wapas aaye to fee nahi maangi jaati. Fee ab bill me apne aap nahi judti — reception popup ya sidebar ke "⚠️ Consultation fee due — Charge ₹X" se tay karti hai ki is visit par fee leni hai ya nahi (Billing page par bhi "Charge ₹X now"). Day End close ho to fee refuse hoti hai — din reopen karke lo. Receipt normal bill ki tarah chart ke ⋯ → "🧾 Print bills — choose…" se.
OPD / registration fee automatic kaise lagti hai?
Owner / admin Setup → Settings → Billing → Consultation Fee me fee on karke amount aur validity (default 15 din) rakhe. Registration par "Collect fee now" tick ho to save ke saath fee ka paid bill ban jaata hai. Validity khatam hone ya fee waive karne ke baad patient ka chart kholte hi "Consultation fee due" popup aata hai — wahin "Charge ₹X — Cash / UPI" ya "Skip for this visit".
