Naam / mobile / patient me se ek zaroori hai ("Pick a patient, or enter the customer name / mobile"). "🔄 Substitute" sirf Pending Rx se dispense karte waqt aata hai, walk-in sale me nahi. Pharmacy module Setup → Settings → Clinic → Modules se on hota hai aur 'Pharmacy & Inventory' add-on chahiye; bill ka header / drug license Setup → Settings → Billing → Pharmacy Billing me.
Pharmacy counter par walk-in ya patient ko dawai kaise beche (New Sale)?
Treatment → Pharmacy & Stock → Pharmacy → Selling → "New Sale": "Patient / Customer — name or mobile" me patient chuno ya walk-in ka naam / mobile likho, "Payment Mode" (Cash / Card / UPI) → "Search & Add Medicine" ke button ya "📷 Scan barcode / type code" (poora naam + Enter) se dawai jodo → har line me Price, Qty, Discount (GST% / CGST / SGST khud) → zarurat ho to "Bill Discount" → "Complete Sale". Udhaar ho to "Credit Sale (Udhar)" tick → "Record Credit Sale".
