Naam ya phone me se ek zaroori hai — wo sirf aapki pehchaan ke liye hai, patient ke form me pehle se nahi bharta. "WhatsApp" aapke computer / phone ka WhatsApp kholta hai jisme message pehle se likha hota hai — Send khud dabana hai. "📋 Recent (N)" tab me aakhri 50 link: Pending / Submitted / Expired, "Copy link", "Re-send on WhatsApp", "View answers". Koi bhi staff link bana sakta hai (Auditor login nahi). Dhyan: abhi is screen se bane link par patient "Submit form" dabata hai to error aata hai aur jawab save nahi hote — ye app ki taraf ki kami hai; ORALZY support ko batayein aur tab tak history registration ke waqt bharein. Mobile: Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms (same screen).
Patient Intake Forms link kaise bheje taaki patient ghar se form bhare?
Setup → Settings → Clinic → Patient Intake Forms → "➕ Issue new": "Patient name (optional)" aur/ya "Phone (for WhatsApp)" bharo → "Generate intake link" → "✅ Link ready" ke neeche QR, "Copy", "Share" (jahan browser deta hai) ya "WhatsApp". Patient bina login apne phone par form kholta hai; link 14 din chalta hai aur ek hi baar bhara ja sakta hai.
