Bluetooth thermal printer se mobile bill print nahi ho raha — supported hai kya?

Direct thermal (ESC/POS) printing app me nahi hai — prints A4/PDF format me bante hain. PDF ko thermal printer ki vendor app me share karke try karo, ya bill reception PC se print karo.

ORALZY ke bill/Rx prints A4-page PDF format me bante hain (consent-A4 policy ke saath). Chhote 58/80mm thermal-roll printers ka apna alag raw protocol (ESC/POS) hota hai — app usse seedha baat nahi karti.

OPTIONS

  1. Thermal printer ki apni Android app (jo PDF accept karti ho) install karo — ORALZY se PDF share karke us app me kholo. Layout A4 ka hai isliye chhote roll par chhota/toota dikh sakta hai.
  2. Behtar: bill A4/A5 par reception ke normal printer se nikaalo — Windows app ya web se.
  3. Patient ko paper ki jagah WhatsApp par bill bhejo (bill par WhatsApp option) — thermal ki zaroorat hi na pade.

PREVENTION

Clinic ke liye printer lena ho to Wi-Fi wala normal inkjet/laser lo — mobile + PC dono se seedha chalega.
