Ye ORALZY ka daily lab nudge hai: roz 10:00 baje har lab ko uske abhi tak pending (Sent / In Progress, jo lab ne ready / Sent nahi kiye) cases ki list WhatsApp par jaati hai (patient, kaam, case code, kitne din) + lab app / portal ki general chat me "⏰ Auto-Reminder" message. Ek lab ko 20 ghante me ek hi baar. Band karne ke levels:
- Us lab ka daily reminder: vendor Edit → mute tick (dobara chalu bhi wahi se).
- Dispatch wala WhatsApp bhi nahi chahiye: vendor Edit me "Auto-send WhatsApp to lab when a case is dispatched" untick.
Ek case ka 10 baje wala reminder alag se band nahi hota — Lab Orders ka 🔕 sirf Pending Dispatch case ke owner-reminder ke liye hai. Lab ke "STOP" reply se bhi ye band nahi hota — mute clinic ko hi karna hoga. DHYAN — ye LAB ko jaata hai. Aapke (owner/admin) phone par aane wale alag hain: "Lab Dispatch Reminder" (na-bheje case, 2 ghante baad, phir har ~2 ghante; band: Send / cancel / 🔕) aur subah 8:45 ka "lab se wapas nahi aaya" (Setup → Settings → Clinic → Clinic Profile ka "⏰ Tell me every morning…" switch).
