Treatment se pehle patient ka BP aur pulse kahan note kare?

Patient chart → Sections → "⋯ More" → Clinical → "Vitals" me (ya Treatment → Clinical → Rx & Vitals → Vital Signs me patient chuno). BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2, sugar, weight, height bharo → "💾 Save Vitals". Diabetic / BP / heart / pregnant patient par protocol patti aati hai aur high BP, high sugar, tachycardia, fever apne aap flag hote hain.

Kya record hota hai: BP Systolic + Diastolic, Pulse (bpm), Temp (°C), SpO2 %, Sugar Fasting + Random, Weight (kg), Height (cm), Notes.

Protocol check: diabetic / hypertensive / cardiac / pregnant patient par "🔶 PROTOCOL APPLIES"; aise patient ki reading na ho ya 30 din se purani ho to "⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED". Auto-flags: High BP ≥140/90, Low BP (upar wala ≤90), High sugar (fasting ≥126 / random ≥200), Tachycardia >100 bpm, Fever ≥38°C.

History: aakhri 20 readings date-wise, flags ke saath. Galat entry edit nahi hoti; × se delete sirf owner / admin kar sakte hain. Menu wale page ki Patient list me sirf sabse naye 500 patient aate hain, isliye purane patient ke liye chart se kholo.

Dhyan: web chart ki left sidebar ka chhota "Vitals" box abhi ye readings nahi dikhata (app ki kami) — reading Vitals page ki history me dekho.

Mobile: patient → More → "Vitals" → "New Reading" (yahan sugar ka khana aur protocol patti nahi hai).
