Card sirf tab dikhta hai jab patient ka scheme RGHS ho aur ORALZY ne clinic ke liye RGHS feature on kiya ho. Jab status aane lagega to har row me samay, status (jaise "Registered on portal", "Pre-auth pending", "🔔 Query raised", "Claim approved", "✅ Payment released", "Claim rejected", "⚠️ Portal said something new") aur portal ke amount (" (separate from ORALZY billing)") dikhenge; query / reject wali row par "Seen" dabane se alert band hota hai, aur "full history (N)" se poori list khulti hai. Khaali card ke neeche likha aata hai ki Setup → Integrations → RGHS Claim Tracking me PC chalu aur logged-in hai ya nahi dekho — par abhi PC theek hone par bhi status nahi aayega, kyunki portal reader likha hi nahi gaya. Ye 'Govt Schemes & Insurance' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya 'Upgrade required' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain; add-on na ho to bhi card khaali hi dikhta hai. Hinglish screen par card ka naam "RGHS claim kahan pahuncha" aur button "Dekh liya" hai. Mobile: patient → ✏️ → "Edit Patient Info" me wahi card.
RGHS claim ka status app me kaise dekhu, portal kholna padega?
Patient chart → ✏️ Edit patient details → "Govt / TPA scheme patient?" (scheme RGHS) → "🏥 Scheme numbers" card ke neeche "Where the RGHS claim is" ("auto from portal") card. Status clinic ke desktop tracker se aane ke liye bana hai, par portal padhne wala hissa abhi bana nahi — isliye aaj card me "No portal status found for this patient yet." hi dikhega; claim ka haal abhi RGHS portal par hi dekho.
