Kahan hai: Sidebar → People → Patients → patient kholo → left sidebar me 'Sections' ke pills me 'Perio' (primary pill, hamesha dikhta hai).
Kya-kya record hota hai (har tooth × 6 sites: MB/B/DB/ML/L/DL):
- PD (pocket depth) — 6mm+ red, 4mm+ yellow highlight
- REC (recession)
- BOP (bleeding on probing) checkbox
- SUP (suppuration/pus) aur Plaque checkbox
- Har tooth ke liye Mobility (Miller M0-M3), Furcation (Glickman F0-F3), aur X = missing tooth mark
Upar 'Show:' toggles se rows on/off kar sakte ho (default PD + BOP dikhte hain). Exam date, Classification (healthy / gingivitis / Stage I-IV) aur Grade (A/B/C) bhi set hota hai.
Save karte hi system apne aap aggregate nikalta hai: BOP%, Plaque%, average PD, sites >4mm aur sites >6mm — ye purane charts ki list me har exam ke saath dikhta hai, isliye follow-up visit pe improvement compare karna aasan hai.
Mobile app me bhi 6-site perio charting screen hai — parity full hai.
Note: V1 legacy profile me bhi 'Perio' top-tab tha, par ab default V2 chart hi use karo.
