Kahan hai: Patient chart me implant procedure pe ✓ Mark Done dabao → Complete drawer me '🔩 Implant Log' section apne aap khul jata hai (procedure name me 'implant' ho to).
OCR ke 3 options:
- 🔌 Offline — FREE, Tesseract OCR device par hi chalta hai, koi AI credit nahi lagta
- 📷 Auto — pehle local OCR try karta hai, photo unclear ho to AI fallback
- ⌨️ Paste — photo kaam na kare to box ka visible text (GS1 block jaise "(10)FTN24AF82 (17)320124") paste karo, rule-based parser bhar dega
Auto-filled fields green border + ✓ ke saath dikhte hain: Brand (Nobel/Straumann/Osstem…), Model/System, Lot # (zaroori — iske bina save nahi hota), Diameter mm, Length mm, Expiry. 'What OCR saw' expand karke raw text bhi dekh sakte ho. Agar photo me 2+ implant boxes detect hue to pehla use hota hai (multi-box ke liye V1 chart ka implant tab).
Aage kya milta hai:
- Recall system: /recalls me manufacturer/lot-number se recall banate hi affected patients apne aap dhundh liye jate hain; outreach log bhi hota hai
- Exchange letter: V1 Clinical → Implants tab me fixtures select karke printable distributor exchange letter (LOT/REF/MFG/EXP ke saath)
- NABH implant batch register bhi isi data se bharta hai
Edit-done mode me saved implant data wapas dikh jata hai. Mobile Done form me bhi Implant section + 'Paste box text (OCR auto-fill)' hai.
