SITUATIONS
- Purana physical X-ray/film aaj scan karke chadhaya: woh aaj ke group me aayega. FIX: image ke note me asli date likh do (jaise 'IOPA dated 02-Jan-2026, scanned later') aur tooth number tag karo — clinical context wahi se milta hai.
- X-ray machine ki system date galat thi: image galat din me girti rahegi — machine ki date-time sudharo.
- Kal ka X-ray aaj bridge se aaya: capturedAt bridge ingest ka time hota hai — thoda offset normal hai.
NOTE
back-dated entry toggle bills/notes ke liye hai — imaging par apply nahi hota.

purane records bulk me scan kar rahe ho to har image ke note me original date daalne ki aadat rakho, ya Document Vault me dated folder-structure use karo.
