Ortho/aligner patient har mahine adjustment ke liye aata hai — record kaise rakhu?

Har visit par 'Adjustment/Wire change' TT done karo (chhota bill auto-banta hai), ya poora ortho package sessions ke saath bech do — timeline ke package banner me used/allowed usage bar khud track hota hai.

Do clean tareeke hain — clinic ke billing model par depend karta hai:

TAREEKA 1 — per-visit billing: Setup → Treatment Types me 'Ortho Adjustment' / 'Wire Change' TT banao (tooth-required off, fixed rate). Har visit par + Add procedure → seedha Done — har mahine ka record + chhota bill ban jata hai. Visit Timeline me har month ka card dikhega — braces ki poori kahani date-wise.

TAREEKA 2 — package/lumpsum: total ortho fee ka Package banao (Settings → Packages) jisme 'Adjustment visit' item ho — sessions ginti me (jaise 18) ya unlimited (∞). Patient ko package sell karo (Visit Timeline ke '🎁 Packages' banner me + Sell package). Ab har visit par adjustment TT done karoge to package ka usage bar khud badhega — 'Adjustment: 7/18' timeline me hamesha dikhta hai, paisa pehle hi le chuke ho.

EMI me lena ho to treatment EMI/recurring charges alag feature hai.

SAATH ME

aligner tray-by-tray tracking ke liye Aligner module hai, aur poore lambe plan ka Gantt-style timeline Phased Plan tab me — ye dono ortho record ke saath jode ja sakte hain.

Quick steps

  1. Ortho Adjustment TT banao (tooth-required off)
  2. Per-visit model: har visit par TT done karo — bill auto
  3. Lumpsum model: Settings → Packages me session-wala package banao
  4. Patient ko + Sell package se assign karo
  5. Har visit ke done par usage bar (7/18) khud track hoga
