Plan save kiya par consent form print nahi khula — dobara kahan se nikalu?

Plan save par naye consents ek print popup me auto-khulte hain — popup block hua hoga. Patient chart ke Forms/Consents section me har consent ke saath Print button hai, wahin se dobara nikalo.

Plan save karte hi system treatment ke hisaab se NABH-compliant consent auto-generate karta hai aur ek print popup me khol deta hai. Popup na khule to teen wajah:

  1. Browser ne popup block kiya — address bar me allow karo.
  2. Us treatment type ka consent template hi nahi bana — to generate hone ko kuch tha hi nahi.
  3. Print window peeche khul gayi — taskbar/tabs check karo.

DOBARA NIKALNA (kabhi bhi): patient chart ke Forms/Consents section me is patient ke saare consents list hote hain — har ek ke saath Print button. Wahan se Plain/Letterhead chun kar dobara print karo. Print par patient ka naam, UHID, date, treatment info aur Doctor/Patient signature lines aati hain.

WHATSAPP OPTION

patient ghar se consent dena chahe to plan drawer se consent request WhatsApp par bhi bhej sakte ho.

AAGE SE

aksar popup block hota hai to site ke liye popups Always Allow kar do — consents, bills, case sheets sabko chahiye hota hai.

  1. Popup blocker check karo aur site ke liye allow karo
  2. Patient chart me Forms/Consents section kholo
  3. Us consent ke saamne Print dabao
  4. Plain ya Letterhead chun kar print karo
  5. Ghar baithe patient ko WhatsApp consent request bhejo
