SAMJHO design: Complete drawer me anesthesia/endo/implant logs NON-BLOCKING hain — inme se koi save fail ho jaye to main flow (treatment done + bill + Rx) phir bhi poora hota hai, taaki patient ka billing na ruke. Fail hone par toast aata hai: '⚠️ Anesthesia log save failed: <reason>'.

MATLAB kya missing hai: anesthesia log record — jo patient safety summary aur NABH Anesthesia Register ko auto-fill karta hai. Wo register row nahi bani.

FIX

  1. Done treatment par ✎ Edit dabao.
  2. Anesthesia panel me drug, lot number, dose bhar ke dobara Save karo.
  3. Adverse reaction hui thi to usme bhi record karo — Adverse Event register me jayega.

ERROR BAAR-BAAR aa raha ho to net/session issue ho sakta hai — page refresh karke dobara try karo, phir bhi fail to support ticket.
